Usagi, Mint and Jasmine!
I really love the Obitsu and Ever After High combination! The proportions just work so well for me. They’re perfect for Makoto Takahashi’s style.
Just look at these eyes!
The flower wreaths that frame shoujo girls isn’t present but you can almost see it on Mint. These heads are tinier compared to Monster High and Ever After High but I dared to give her a little open-mouth smile.
I tried dyeing one of the heads to match the darker skinned bodies and luckily had a perfect match with Ashlynn Ella. Doll head dyeing isn’t an exact science but it’s wonderful when it works!
The only downside for Obitsu heads is that their low chins make dangly doll earrings look ridiculous.
It doesn’t look too bad if it’s simple or doesn’t dangle
Usagi shouldn’t wear dangly earrings or it’ll tangle with her hair twirls.

These dolls are stunning! If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of dye did you used on Jasmine? And have you had any issues with the dye bleeding through your face-up painting? (This is a problem that I had with dyed My Little Pony customs in the past and never could figure out how to stop it from happening.)
Jasmine was part of the MH Rit Dye batch. So far, none of the Obitsu dolls have had the problem of the dye bleeding or fading with time, this might be due in part because I seal the heads with Mr. Super Clear UV so I’m assuming it’s minimizing any UV/sun damage.
Obitsus are of a higher quality type of vinyl so I’m not sure what would be the best kind of dye to use for My Little Pony. Even MH heads suffer fading over time after being dyed.
If you don’t mind me asking, what outfit is Usagi wearing? It looks like it would be from a Draculaura doll, but I can’t seem to find it online. It’s so adorable!
I’m pretty sure it’s from Draculaura but I don’t remember which release. Her accessories like the shoes and bracelet were from other dolls that I can’t remember either. ^^;
